# How to reach us

The editorial inbox is hello@pocketink.io. Use it for a factual correction, a broken step in a flash or repair guide, a missing citation, or a question about a PocketInk page. Write from a real address and include the page URL plus the device model (X3, X4, X4 Pro, or S4) and the firmware you are running if the issue is on-device.

This is a one-person independent site. Replies are not instant. If the note is a correction with a source, it goes to the front of the queue because a wrong flash step is worse than a slow reply.

# What this inbox is for

Reach for this address when you want PocketInk to fix or add documentation: a wrong spec, a firmware version that has moved, a dead link, or a recovery path we have not covered. We can point you at the matching guide, the firmware directory, or the repair hub.

Do not write here for warranty, RMA, shipping, or store-order problems. PocketInk is not Xteink support and cannot see your order. Xteink's own contact form is on xteink.com/pages/contact-us. Marketplace purchases go back to the seller you paid.

# What to include

A useful note names the page, the model, and the result you saw. For firmware, add the build name and version (for example CrossPoint 1.5.0) and whether the unit is official-store unlocked or marketplace-locked. Do not send device dumps, serial logs, or personal files unless we ask; we do not need an account from you and we do not store reader data.
